Club Timberland Membership Application

• To apply for our membership, you must provide all personal information requested and complete the application form. By submitting the application, you consent VF Hong Kong Limited to use your personal data for the administration of our membership program.

• You may only apply for one membership. Duplicate/additional applications as well as related privileges and balances will be terminated immediately upon application for a new membership.

• All information provided for the application form must be true and correct. VF Hong Kong Limited has the right to decline any application if there is missing, inaccurate or unclear information.

Club Timberland Membership Terms and Conditions

• Club Timberland Gold Card membership is valid for 1 year and will be automatically renewed for another 1 year if accumulative spending reaches at least net HK$2,500 within the valid 1-year membership period. If the amount cannot be reached in valid 1-year period, Gold Card membership will be renewed as Green Card for the subsequent 1 year.

• Club Timberland Green Card membership is valid for 1 year and will be automatically renewed for another 1 year if accumulative spending reaches at least net HK$1,500 within the valid 1-year membership period. If the amount cannot be reached in valid 1-year period, Green Card membership will be renewed as a permanent “Friends of Timberland” membership.

• Upon expiration, cancellation or termination of any membership, all privileges shall cease; cumulative spending through date of termination, cancellation or expiration shall be obsolete and shall not be applied to any subsequent membership. Membership shall not be entitled to any compensation in respect of the expiration, cancellation or termination.

• Upon membership tier change, cancellation, termination or expiration as a result of any cases (including but not limited to refund or product exchange for the first new join transaction) within the 90 days validation period of all membership reward vouchers, the vouchers shall cease; member will not be able to redeem the offer.

• Members are required to provide a valid registered mobile no. for verification purpose at time of purchase.

• Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.

• Membership year-round and birthday discounts are valid only at any Timberland specialty stores in Hong Kong (except Tung Chung Citygate Outlet).

• Membership and privileges are unique to Club Timberland membership and for personal and individual consumption only; products purchased using membership discounts shall not be resold. Card and privileges are not assignable or transferable to any other person.

• VF Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate any memberships and privileges if it believes in its sole discretion that members have breached these terms and conditions or otherwise abused, misused or abused.

• Timberland reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. A copy of the latest terms and conditions will be available in Timberland specialty stores.

• In the case of any disputes regarding Club Timberland Membership and/or privileges, VF Hong Kong Limited’s decision shall be final.
